Employee salary is composed of the following parts: basic salary + performance salary + (piece rate salary) + senior salary + various allowances + (overtime salary) + year-end bonus
 
·Basic salary: the company pays the employee's salary when the employee completes the workload or working hours required by the company;
 
·Performance salary: is the salary assessed based on the employee's monthly comprehensive performance and work effect;
 
·Piece rate: wages determined in accordance with the fixed working hours, the number of qualified products produced and the predetermined unit price of the piece rate. Only piece rate employees have this part of the salary.
 
·Senior salary: Employees who have been in the company for one year can enjoy senior salary;
 
·All kinds of allowances: certain job allowances for special types of work (the types of work listed in the "Salary Management System").
