In this training, Carter Company specially invited Mr. Qiu Liping, a senior consultant from Shanghai MESC, to give lectures. The training content mainly includes "Role Recognition", "Professional Development", "Performance of Job Responsibilities", "Daily Work Sorting", " The courses such as Achievement of Production Goals, "Staff Motivation Skills", "Management Communication", "Problem Solving at Production Site" and other courses, the training forms are novel and diverse, the training projects are rich and practical, and the classroom atmosphere is enthusiastic and active.
