On January 30, 2019, Jiangyin Hydraulic Oil Pipe Co., Ltd.'s 2018 year-end summary and 2019 work plan meeting was held in the company’s staff restaurant. Except for the employees who left behind and continued to work overtime, all the other personnel attended the meeting to learn about the company. Mr. Xie first expressed his heartfelt gratitude to all employees on behalf of the company and extended holiday greetings, and then reviewed Jiangyin Hydraulic's production layout adjustment, efficiency improvement, quality improvement, safety and environmental protection improvement, and employees' spare time in the past year. The key work carried out reported the company's sales status, production, new product development, satisfaction and other operational data. At the meeting, Mr. Xie clarified the company's overall work direction and goals in 2019, praised and rewarded outstanding employees of the year. The general car team in the metal workshop, the mesh team in the sheet metal workshop, the blanking team in the sheet metal workshop, and the handrail team in the tubing workshop were awarded respectively. Ranked the top three of the excellent teams; the tubing workshop was rated as the company's "Best Efficiency Improvement of the Year" department; the fuel tank workshop was rated as the company's "Best Contribution of the Year" department.

 

After the meeting, the company held a welcome dinner at the hotel. All employees of Jiangyin Hydraulic gathered together to welcome the coming of the new year and wish the company a better future.
